- Location
- The staff and the rooftop and the location
- I will categorize my review with following points:1. Customer Service: The staff was nice and very cooperative.2. Room Comfort: Beds were comfortable. The room had an upper portion with a bit lower height so had to be careful while standing.3. Location: Excellent, proximity to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofiya, Grand Bazar, etc4. Breakfast: Very good; keeping in view the budget hotel, they had variety of food items5. Bathroom: Spacious bathroom6. Cleaning: Everyday cleaning and provision of towels
Cons -
- My room wasn't properly cleaned...basically the bed was made. The reception staff in the evening wasn't very helpful!
- The design of rooms very old
- Only one thing to mention that the toilet seat in the bathroom was fitted in a narrow corner, which I believe with a change of angle could be a perfect match with the spacious bathroom.

nice location, helpful staff
breakfast not top
Great location Has many items for breakfastKind and helpful staff
Cleaning each day put not changing bed cover for 8 days
Location , kind and helpful staff
Hotel is bit old
Very close to all the tourist attractions Nice rooftop terrace with great views.Good buffet breakfast Reasonable price for the location Affordable chauffeur service from/to IST airport
It could use a touch-up here and there. The elevator only goes to the 5th floor, while the breakfast is served on the 6th floor.
Location and breakfast were great!
Too small rooms, showers are outdated, the whole washroom is outdated and old. The rooms were so compact, bed wasn’t that comfortable- something you need when you’re out walking all day in Sultanahmet.
The staff was very accommodating during the trip. I would give it 10 out of 10.The room was clean and had everything we need. Location is great.
The building is old so room need some updates especially in the bathroom.
Location is perfect. You can walk from the hotel to all places. Breakfast was good.
Staff during the day can be nicer.
Location is great! Near most things old town!
No parking, showers need to be cleaned!
Within walking distance of metro and restaurants. Staff great!
Super tiny room.
Staff friendly. Excellent location, all main tourist attractions are within a 10 minute walk in any direction. There are plenty of restaurants / bars on the doorstep. Tram stop nearby.
Terrace with a good view, proximity to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and other attractions
Breakfast was average with limited options. Coffee and tea were not good.
The location is excellent, close to several restaurants, major attractions and the tram line. The room, while small, was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was very good, as was the WiFi. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Since there are some road closures near the hotel, they even provided help with the luggage to and from the taxi.
Some little niggles, such as damaged fittings in the bathroom, but nothing serious. It is a budget hotel and does that very well.

The location is excellent - close to public transport and within walking distance of the major sights. The breakfast was OK - not very varied, but you could find something to eat every day. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice, with cute decor. There is a terrace with a nice view, but when we visited, the weather was cold, so we could not enjoy it as we had planned. We also hired the airport taxi through the hotel - it was really efficient and good value. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The walls are really thin, so you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms (one night we were forced to knock on the walls to let our neighbours know that we could hear their entire conversation). The rooms are small - we knew this when booking, because the info is on the website, but when you actually get to the property, it hits you (we were a party of three and it was a bit cramped).
Perfect location. Very nice staff. We got early check in and extra breakfast on first day. Clean and warm.
Central, lots about for food and drink . Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is amazing lots of choice and you definitely need it before a day walking in the city .
I loved it.
It was great, clean and happy + helpful staff
The door in toilet wouldn’t close properly unless you locked it
